How We Train

Unconditional love and tons of praise form the basis of my training philosophy. This approach leads to healthy, confident animals, happy to please their human companions. At Already Trained Australian Labradoodles, training is never outsourced to a second party! Instead, we oversee the complete life of our fantastic doodles from conception to the time they find a wonderful forever home. You can consider me an Australian Labradoodle expert. I train only this breed. I understand their gentle disposition and unique abilities.

I strive for nothing less than excellence when producing an authentic multi-generational Australian Labradoodle. Our puppies are well trained with good manners and all of the basic obedience skills. In addition, I breed to the highest breeding standards for each of our fabulous litters! 

The intelligence and understanding this breed offers and the level of obedience available after any of our training programs will amaze you. I train my Authentic Multi-Generational Australian Labradoodles on seven acres bordered by a rushing creek nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. 

Already Trained Australian Labradoodle puppies are trained to AKC canine good citizen standards and more. Each puppy receives a solid education in obedience. They respond to typical household routines and display good manners in the presence of people and other dogs. Their extraordinary training makes them perfect as a comfort dog for a business or professional who wants a comfort dog on staff. Their intelligence, training, confidence, and temperament mean they have the potential to do all kinds of things. I'm happy to share stories of our puppies whose forever families have done amazing things with them - just ask me. Most of all, our puppies make excellent best friends.

It's not luck; it's skill!

Perfection is not attainable, but excellence is.

Our training gives puppies a foundation, using both imprinting and classical conditioning to build their skills. Imprinting means that the Mama dog is always present as we begin skill building, so the puppies learn from watching her respond to the basic commands we're teaching. Classical conditioning is learning through repetition. They will come to you with skills that you must be able to reinforce. 

My "Exit Program" for humans and your well-trained companion is crucial to a successful transition from our Puppy Paradise Campus to your home.  

On Gotcha Day you will not receive a perfect puppy,  you will receive an excellent puppy!
